Inpatient hospital (100 beds)
Type:
13-week contract with potential for permanent hire
Schedule:
Four 10-hour shifts per week (day shifts)
Start Date:
ASAP
Key Responsibilities: Perform daily inpatient pharmacy operations, including order verification, medication dispensing, and clinical consultation
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care
Manage and monitor drug therapies and ensure compliance with hospital protocols
Utilize EPIC and Pyxis systems for accurate medication management and documentation
Qualifications: Active and clear California (CA) pharmacist license
Minimum of 1 year of recent hospital inpatient experience
Strong clinical and communication skills
Full-time availability and willingness to work a 13-week contract with interest in long-term employment
