We are looking for a skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee a variety of projects within the commercial and residential construction sectors in Fort Worth, Texas. This role involves managing ground-up builds, tenant improvements, renovations, historical restorations, and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will be adept at leading teams, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and delivering projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:
• Plan and execute all phases of construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Monitor project budgets, identify opportunities for cost savings, and address financial concerns.
• Maintain detailed project schedules to meet deadlines and achieve key milestones.
• Ensure adherence to building codes, safety regulations, and quality control standards throughout construction processes.
• Assess and mitigate risks to minimize disruptions and ensure project continuity.
• Lead and motivate project teams to foster collaboration and achieve performance goals.
• Oversee accurate documentation of contracts, progress reports, and project details using ProCore or similar software.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, team members, and external partners.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize project outcomes and team efficiency.• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Construction Project Manager with a proven track record.
• In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and techniques.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software, including Microsoft Office and ProCore (preferred).
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and perform under pressure.
• Familiarity with construction regulations, building codes, and safety standards.
• Relevant certifications in construction management or project management (preferred).
