Chambers -ranked Insurance Recovery Practice Group
in a
non-partnership track role (link removed) This is an exciting opportunity to advocate for policyholders in high-stakes disputes, helping clients enforce their rights under complex commercial insurance policies across a wide range of industries.
Candidate Profile
JD
from a
top-tier law school
with an
excellent academic record
Active Bar Admission
in the relevant jurisdiction , in good standing
5+ years
of substantive experience in
insurance recovery litigation
Prior experience representing policyholders at an
AmLaw 200 firm
or boutique practice required
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage client relationships effectively
Collaborative mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Exceptional legal research, writing, and advocacy skills
Key Responsibilities
Represent policyholders
in
disputes against insurers
across a variety of commercial insurance policies and coverage types
Assist in all phases of litigation , including drafting pleadings, motions, discovery, depositions, and trial preparation
Analyze
complex
insurance coverage issues
and provide strategic advice to clients
Collaborate closely with a team of nationally recognized insurance recovery attorneys to deliver high-quality, results-oriented representation

Compensation & Benefits
Competitive Salary : Expected annual salary of
$185,000 , as determined by experience and market factors
