Role Description
Administrative Assistant (16–20 hours per week)
The Administrative Assistant will support the work of the Presbytery Office, its staff, and committees. Responsibilities include managing office operations, scheduling, handling communications, maintaining files and records, assisting with Presbytery meetings, and providing support to the Executive Presbyter, Stated Clerk, and Business Manager. This role ensures the smooth flow of day-to-day administrative tasks essential to the Presbytery’s ministry.
