Location: Los Angeles, CA (90014)

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt, Hourly
Hours / Days: 5:00am to 1:00pm Monday thru Friday, 6:00am – 12:00pm on rotating Saturday. Extended days and hours during peak sales season and holidays.

Pay Rate: $22/hour - $26/hour DOE

Commission: Commission Eligible

Position Summary

This is more than just a job—it’s an opportunity to build a successful career. You\'ll be a key player in our sales department, responsible for driving new business and fostering strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Become a Sales Pro. You\'ll master our core sales principles to consistently meet and exceed your personal and team sales goals.
  • Develop Territory Sales Plan. Grow the Business: You\'ll develop and execute a strategic territory sales plan to acquire and develop new accounts.
  • Develop a new book of business valued at no less than $1 Million dollars before the end of the first calendar year of employment. Drive Revenue: You\'ll be the engine of our growth, with a first-year target of at least $1 million in new business.
  • Maintain customer accounts by selling products and services, assisting the sales team and processing account information. Manage Key Accounts: Maintain and expand relationships with current clients by providing exceptional service and selling new products and services.
  • Handle all customer issues professionally including product credit requests. Lead with Service: Handle all customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Work with the Receivables Department to keep all clients current. Team Up for Success: You will collaborate with the receivables department to ensure smooth account management.
  • Manage activity by utilizing CRM tools. Utilize Powerful Tools: Manage your sales pipeline and activities using our CRM tools to track progress and maximize efficiency.
  • Weekly sales updates with management. Collaborate and Grow: You will work closely with a supportive team and sales management to share insights, participate in weekly meetings, and stay on track to meet your goals.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to adapt strategies and identify new opportunities.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

Education/Experience

  • Associates Degree in Marketing or related field of study
  • 4 or more years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

Physical Demands

This role requires the ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs. (with assistance), withstand moderate temperature changes, and stand or sit for extended periods.

Travel Requirements

This position will require travel as necessary.
