Receptionist for Construction and Land Development Company. Join our dynamic team as a Receptionist and be the welcoming face of our construction and land development firm. We are seeking a professional, organized, and proactive individual to manage front-office operations, support administrative functions, and contribute to the smooth running of our office. Key Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Perform general administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and document management
  • Run errands as needed to support office operations
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office environment
  • Assist with light cleaning duties to ensure a tidy workspace
  • Support bookkeeping activities when required, including invoicing and expense tracking
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings
  • Maintain office supplies and inventory
  • Availability 8am - 5pm, Monday through Friday

Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in administrative support preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting practices
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Reliable transportation and own vehicle required
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and a proactive attitude
