Your responsibilities will include greeting guests, answering and directing phone calls, managing correspondence, and providing administrative support to various departments.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed.
- Manage the reception area to ensure it is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries efficiently.
- Maintain appointment schedules for various departments and arrange meetings as necessary.
- Provide administrative support including data entry, filing, and managing office supplies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in office administration is a plus.
- Proven work experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
