Base pay will be determined by skills and experience. The role is eligible for team-based bonuses. Temporary associates may participate in the 401(k) plan but are not benefits eligible.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct care, recognize individual needs, and treat residents with respect and dignity.
• Assist with activities of daily living, including personal care and household chores.
• Engage residents in conversations and attentive care.
• Completion of training/certification may be required based on state regulations.
