Base pay will be determined by skills and experience. Role is eligible for team-based bonus opportunities. Temporary associates are not benefits-eligible but may participate in the 401(k) plan. Veterans, transitioning active duty military personnel, and military spouses are encouraged to apply. Brookdale offers to cover naturalization fees (up to $725) for qualified associates with at least one year of service.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct care to residents, recognizing individual needs, encouraging independence, and treating each senior with respect and dignity.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and other personal care needs, as well as help with household chores like vacuuming, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and dishes.
- Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care.
- Completion of training/certification may be required based on state regulations.
