What You Will Do
As a full-time Human Resources Technician, you'll be at the center of our team, providing a welcoming and supportive experience for applicants, employees, and visitors. Qualifications and Skills
- One year of administrative support experience in a Human Resources office, including processing employment records and maintaining confidentiality in daily tasks and interactions with the public and employees. Strong computer skills are essential (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to navigate HRIS and ATS systems.
- Attention to detail, excellent communication abilities, and a strong commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
- Experience in handling employment records with accuracy and discretion.
Knowledge and Skills Required
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Additional Requirements
- The selected candidate must successfully pass a criminal history fingerprint background investigation, DMV record check, Child Registry search, drug screening test and employment reference checks.
