In this role, you will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and enhancing the company\'s IT infrastructure, ensuring efficient operations, and supporting both technical and end-user needs. This role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, supporting all systems, implementing security protocols, and providing day-to-day IT support to all employees across various departments.

Responsibilities

  • Provide on-site and remote technical support to employees by diagnosing and correcting problems with computers, networks, printers, and other peripherals
  • Manage IT service requests and ensure timely resolution while maintaining accurate documentation of issues and solutions
  • Install, configure, and maintain company hardware and software systems, including servers, desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and other tech equipment both virtually and in person
  • Manage and maintain network infrastructure, ensuring high availability, security, and optimal performance of LAN, WAN, and wireless networks
  • Oversee and update operating systems, software applications, and security patches
  • Operate standard office equipment and assist with the set-up and maintenance of office technology
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies and data protection regulations, including managing backup and disaster recovery solutions
  • Assist in IT-related projects, such as system upgrades, migrations, and deployments, to enhance company operations
  • Work closely with other departments to understand IT needs and propose effective solutions
  • Maintain an up-to-date inventory of all IT hardware, software, and licenses

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in an IT support role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365
  • Familiarity with FortiGate Cloud
  • Familiarity with IT infrastructure components, including computer networking principles and device management platforms
  • Proficiency in software troubleshooting across various platforms
  • Experience with desktop support tasks, including hardware setup and configuration
  • Ability to work in office in Delafield, WI
  • Permanent eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship
