We’re adding a Sr. IT Support Specialist to our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing, maintaining, and enhancing the company's IT infrastructure, ensuring efficient operations, and supporting both technical and end-user needs. This role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, supporting all systems, implementing security protocols, and providing day-to-day IT support to all employees across various departments.
Here’s what you’ll be working on:
- Provide on-site and remote technical support to employees by diagnosing and correcting problems with computers, networks, printers, and other peripherals
- Manage IT service requests and ensure timely resolution while maintaining accurate documentation of issues and solutions
- Install, configure, and maintain company hardware and software systems, including servers, desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and other tech equipment both virtually and in person
- Manage and maintain network infrastructure, ensuring high availability, security, and optimal performance of LAN, WAN, and wireless networks
- Oversee and update operating systems, software applications, and security patches
- Operate standard office equipment and assist with the set-up and maintenance of office technology
- Ensure compliance with IT policies and data protection regulations, including managing backup and disaster recovery solutions
- Assist in IT-related projects, such as system upgrades, migrations, and deployments, to enhance company operations
- Work closely with other departments to understand IT needs and propose effective solutions
- Maintain an up-to-date inventory of all IT hardware, software, and licenses

A good Sr. IT Support Specialist at RAIC Labs must have the following skills, knowledge, education and experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in an IT support role
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365
- Familiarity with FortiGate Cloud
- Familiarity with IT infrastructure components, including computer networking principles and device management platforms
- Proficiency in software troubleshooting across various platforms
- Experience with desktop support tasks, including hardware setup and configuration
- Ability to work in office in Delafield, WI
- Permanent eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship
