Responsibilities
- Learn to manage and create accounts for the TOPS Lab WisTansportal web portal
- Regularly install operating systems and applications on desktops and laptops
- Provide support for hardware and software needs of TOPS staff and students
- Assist with moving and connecting desktops and monitors as needed
- Manage content on WordPress websites
Qualifications
- Must be a current UW Madison student
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office
- Comfortable working with computer hardware, including replacing components
- Strong customer service skills, including courteous and respectful communication
- Ability to balance work responsibilities with academic commitments
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working and managing WordPress sites
