A dynamic opportunity is available for a certified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to serve K-12 students during the 2025/2026 school year. This contract position is based in Naperville, IL, with responsibilities across two school locations. The role offers part-time hours with potential for increased workload based on performance and program needs.

Qualifications: PEL License required Valid IDFPR-issued Speech-Language Pathologist license Certified SLP holding Certification of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) from ASHA (CF candidates will not be considered) Experience in pediatric speech-language services within school settings preferred Familiarity with teletherapy is a plus but not mandatory Location and Schedule: 27 hours weekly, with potential increase to 30 hours per week Serving two schools in surrounding areas: Oak Lawn and Plainfield Contract term from August 14, 2025, through May 28, 2026 Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive speech-language therapy services to students across K-12 grade levels Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans Document student progress and maintain compliance with school and state regulations Adapt therapy approaches to meet the diverse needs of children in an inclusive school environment Benefits: Gain valuable experience in a supportive educational setting Opportunity to work with a diverse student population Collaborative work environment fostering professional growth Candidates possessing specialized certification and licenses are encouraged to apply to contribute their expertise to a vibrant school community.
