We are seeking experienced, licensed Pharmacy Technicians to join a fast-paced call center team in Gardena, CA. This is a direct hire opportunity with immediate start available.

Training schedule: MondayFriday, 8:30am5:30pm before moving into variable shifts
Call center environment supporting pharmacy and healthcare services
Key Responsibilities: Answer inbound calls from patients, providers, and staff regarding prescriptions, transfers, and appointments
Deliver exceptional customer service with professionalism and empathy
Resolve concerns, file grievances, and problem-solve in a supportive manner
Collaborate with team members to improve processes and patient experiences
Requirements: Active California Pharmacy Technician License in good standing
Minimum high school diploma or GED
At least 2 years of pharmacy technician experience (retail, specialty, or high-volume preferred)
Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rotating schedule environment
