A Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) is needed to support a vibrant early childhood educational setting serving PreK through 2nd grade students. This full-time contract position is based at a single elementary school location in Lockhart, TX, with an immediate start and continuing through the end of the school year (EOSY).

Responsibilities include: Providing assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for speech and language disorders in students from PreK to 2nd grade Developing individualized treatment plans in collaboration with teachers, parents, and other professionals Delivering direct therapy services to students within the classroom and/or in a separate therapy setting Monitoring student progress and adjusting interventions as needed Participating in team meetings and contributing to multidisciplinary student support plans Maintaining accurate documentation and compliance with all school and district policies Desired qualifications and experience: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) Experience working with early childhood populations, specifically PreK to 2nd grade Strong knowledge of childhood speech and language development and disorder diagnosis Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and professional teams Ability to manage a caseload independently within a school environment This contract role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact during the current school year while gaining experience within an early childhood education setting.
