Key Responsibilities: Deliver direct occupational therapy services to a caseload of 40-55 students. Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Provide services during school hours, working 7.5 hours daily from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM. Maintain accurate documentation and participate in meetings related to student progress. Focus intervention on a diverse population in a school setting, ensuring compliance with all relevant state and federal regulations. This position does not include supervising Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs). Qualifications: Active New Mexico Occupational Therapy license is required. Bachelors degree or higher in Occupational Therapy. Experience in school-based occupational therapy is preferred. Ability to work independently and effectively within a multidisciplinary team. Strong communication and organizational skills. Contract Details: Position is full-time during the contract school year from July 22, 2025, to May 29, 2026. Hours: 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday. Located in Monument, NM. Benefits: Competitive weekly pay with guaranteed hours. Compensation for both direct and indirect services.
