Pediatric School Speech and Language Pathologist | Columbus, Ohio

A part-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available in Columbus, OH, supporting a school setting. This contract role offers 28 hours per week with no sessions on Fridays, providing a balanced work schedule. The caseload includes 31 students requiring specialized communication support. Candidates must hold or be eligible for the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology. New graduates (Clinical Fellowship Year - CFY) are encouraged to apply, as supervision will be provided for CF candidates. Experience or interest in pediatric populations within school healthcare environments is preferred. Key Responsibilities: Provide speech-language therapy services to a diverse caseload of 31 students. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each students communication needs. Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to support student progress. Maintain accurate documentation and comply with state and federal education regulations. Participate in supervisory sessions if in the Clinical Fellowship Year. Qualifications and Experience: Valid SLP license or eligibility within the state. Credentialed or eligible for Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) by ASHA. Experience with pediatric populations in educational or healthcare settings preferred. Open to new graduates completing their CFY with supervision provided.
