Qualifications: Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders Active Texas licensure or eligibility for licensure ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred Experience in school settings is a plus Proficient with AAC devices Knowledgeable about Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Responsibilities: Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in pediatric and school-age populations Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patients needs Collaborate with caregivers, families, and interdisciplinary professionals including physical therapists (PTs), speech-language pathology assistants (SLPAs), and occupational therapists (OTs) Monitor, document, and report patient progress accurately and timely Maintain precise patient records and ensure compliance with healthcare and educational regulations Location: Katy, Texas with flexibility for part-time or full-time engagement This position is well-suited for professionals experienced in healthcare, pediatrics, teletherapy, and school environments who hold certifications or are completing Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) qualifications.
