Conduct speech and language screenings and gather data to support therapy goals. Prepare and maintain therapy materials and documentation in compliance with school policies. Collaborate with educators and other staff to reinforce strategies for speech and language development. Support students with various communication disorders in both individual and group sessions. Qualifications: Valid Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) certification or licensure appropriate for school settings. Experience working in K-12 educational environments preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, staff, and families. Ability to follow treatment plans and document progress accurately. Commitment to working within a team to support student success.
