A full-time Speech Language Pathologist opportunity is available for the 2025-2026 school year at a K-12 school located in Arlington Heights, IL. This contract position offers guaranteed hours with a focus on providing both direct and indirect speech-language services. The role is well-suited for candidates holding certifications such as SLP - CCC, SLP - CFY, or SLP - School.

Key Responsibilities: Deliver speech and language therapy services to students across K-12 grades. Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and monitor student progress. Provide both direct therapy sessions and indirect support including collaboration with educators and families. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school policies. Participate in IEP meetings as necessary while adhering to contracted hours without additional district duties such as bus duty or parent pickup. Desired Qualifications: Valid state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist. Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY). Experience working within school settings across K-12 grade levels. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to manage caseload efficiently within scheduled hours.
