Key Qualifications and Experience: Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) State certification as an SLP for school settings Experience evaluating, diagnosing, and providing therapy for speech, language, and communication disorders in children Ability to collaborate with educators and families to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) Strong communication and organizational skills Location: Elementary school setting in Arlington Heights, Illinois Primary Responsibilities: Conduct speech and language assessments and screenings for students Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to student needs Provide direct intervention services in individual and group formats Monitor progress and adjust treatments as necessary Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success Maintain accurate documentation and comply with district/state guidelines and reporting requirements Benefits: Contract position with a defined duration for the next school year Gain valuable experience working with elementary school students Work in a supportive and student-focused environment Qualified candidates with the necessary certifications and passion for pediatric speech therapy are encouraged to apply promptly to secure this engaging opportunity within an elementary educational setting.
