Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and support staff to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs). Excellent communication and organizational skills. Responsibilities: Conduct speech and language assessments to identify student needs. Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each student's requirements. Monitor progress and adjust therapeutic approaches as necessary. Collaborate with classroom teachers and other support personnel to integrate therapy goals into daily educational activities. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school policies. Location: Elementary school setting in Berkeley, California.
