Assignment Details: Schedule: Full-time, 35+ hours per week Duration: September 2, 2025, through June 3, 2026 Caseload: Serving students in grades K-8, focusing on elementary and middle school populations Qualifications: Master's Degree (M.S. / M.A.) in Speech & Language Pathology or a related field Valid Speech-Language Pathology license issued by the State of Wisconsin Experience as a school-based or pediatric-focused SLP preferred Candidates in their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) are encouraged to apply Responsibilities include: Conducting speech and language assessments for school-aged children Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans Collaborating with educators and families to support student communication goals Utilizing teletherapy when appropriate to maximize service delivery Maintaining documentation and compliance with school and state regulations Additional Qualifications: Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred Experience in healthcare or teletherapy settings is a plus Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPA) with healthcare experience are also considered Compensation & Benefits: Hourly pay ranging from $40 to $50, commensurate with experience and relevant pediatric or school-based background Weekly direct deposit for timely payment Eligibility for stipends related to housing, meals, and incidentals when applicable Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision insurance, and 401(k) with company matching Reimbursement for licensing, certification fees, and travel expenses where applicable This contract offers an engaging environment to impact the lives of young learners while working with a supportive team.
