A full-time opportunity is available for a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to serve an elementary and middle school population from kindergarten through 8th grade. This contract role spans the 20252026 school year, from September 2, 2025, through June 3, 2026, with an expected 35+ hours per week in a supportive school environment located in Oshkosh, WI.

Key Responsibilities: Provide speech and language therapy services to students in grades K-8. Collaborate with educators and staff to develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs). Deliver assessments and interventions tailored to pediatric and school-based populations. Utilize teletherapy techniques as needed. Maintain documentation and progress reporting in compliance with school policies. Qualifications: Masters Degree (M.S. or M.A.) in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field. Valid Speech Language Pathologist licensure issued by the State of Wisconsin. Experience in school-based settings or pediatric-focused speech therapy is highly desirable. Appropriate certification such as Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) is preferred. Familiarity with teletherapy and experience as a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidate or SLPA in healthcare environments is a plus. Benefits and Compensation: Competitive hourly pay ranging from $40 to $50, commensurate with experience and expertise in pediatric or school-based SLP services. Weekly direct deposit payments.
