Type: Per Diem, CSY (Contract School Year) Schedule: Approximately 1 hour per week on campus; total of 20 hours compensatory education/academic tutoring Key Responsibilities: Provide individualized academic tutoring tailored to the needs of a 1st-grade student with special education requirements Implement compensatory education strategies to address learning gaps and enhance student progress Collaborate with school staff and families to support student success Maintain accurate records of tutoring sessions and student progress reports Preferred Qualifications: Valid Special Education teaching credentials or certifications Experience working with early childhood and elementary-aged students in special education settings Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs Strong communication and collaboration skills This role is ideal for a dedicated special education professional interested in making a direct impact through focused academic support in a small-scale environment.
