Provide approximately 20 hours of compensatory education support tailored to the students needs. Conduct on-site sessions roughly once per week, totaling about an hour each visit. Collaborate with educational staff to develop and adapt specialized learning strategies. Support the social and emotional growth of the student through positive, inclusive teaching methods. Qualifications: Valid Special Education teaching credential with experience in early childhood/elementary education. Proven expertise in academic tutoring and compensatory education. Ability to work effectively in small-group or one-on-one instructional settings. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Flexibility to commute between Stockton and the nearby community. Location: Primarily based in Stockton, CA with occasional time in a small special education setting located in Galt, CA.
