A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed to provide maternity leave coverage in a K-12 school setting located in Pawtucket, RI. This contract position begins in October and will last for at least 12 weeks, supporting students with speech and language needs throughout the school year.

Responsibilities include: Conducting speech and language evaluations, assessments, and screenings for K-12 students Developing and implementing individualized therapy plans to meet student needs Collaborating with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student progress Maintaining accurate records and documentation in compliance with school policies Participating in team meetings and providing consultation on communication strategies Qualifications: Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) Experience working with students across K-12 grade levels Strong knowledge of speech and language disorders and evidence-based intervention strategies Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with educators and families Ability to manage caseload and prioritize responsibilities independently Schedule & Location: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:45 AM to 3:30 PM Onsite position in Pawtucket, Rhode Island Position duration: minimum 12 weeks starting in October This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students communication development within a supportive school environment.
