A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available in Tubac, AZ, serving K-12 students in a dynamic school setting. This contract role spans the full school year (NSY) and offers the opportunity to work onsite providing comprehensive speech and language services to diverse pediatric populations, including teletherapy and hands-on interventions. The position is ideal for licensed SLPs holding a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or those completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver evidence-based speech and language therapy assessments and treatments for students from kindergarten through 12th grade
Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educators and families
Provide onsite and teletherapy sessions addressing a broad range of communication disorders
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress and intervention outcomes
Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to support student success
Qualifications:
SLP license with CCC or eligibility to complete CFY
Experience in pediatric speech-language pathology within school or healthcare settings preferred
Strong skills in assessment and intervention for pediatric speech and language disorders
Comfort with teletherapy delivery and use of technology
Excellent communication, organizational, and collaborative abilities
Commitment to working full-time onsite in a K-12 school environment
