Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students K-12 to identify communication disorders Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs Collaborate with teachers, parents, and educational staff to integrate speech goals into the classroom environment Monitor student progress and adjust therapy goals accordingly Maintain accurate documentation and comply with school and state regulations Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to Individualized Education Program (IEP) development Qualifications: Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) State licensure as a School Speech-Language Pathologist Experience working with a K-12 school population Knowledge of educational speech and language protocols and regulations Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration Ability to manage caseloads efficiently within the school calendar year Location:This role is based in Grand Prairie, Texas, serving students in a dynamic and diverse K-12 school setting.
