Conduct psychoeducational assessments to identify student needs and determine appropriate interventions Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavioral strategies Provide counseling and support services to students facing academic, social, or emotional challenges Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute expertise on student development and learning Monitor student progress and adjust support plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes Desired Experience and Qualifications:
Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program Valid state certification or licensure as a School Psychologist Strong knowledge of psychoeducational assessment tools and interventions appropriate for elementary-aged students Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with diverse school communities Experience in conducting assessments, developing IEPs, and providing counseling services in an educational setting preferred Benefits and Perks:
