A short-term contract opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) specializing in both school and healthcare settings. This position is based in San Jose, CA, supporting an elementary school environment for a duration of approximately five weeks, from May 1st through June 8th.

Key Responsibilities: Provide speech and language therapy assistance to elementary school students under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist. Implement individualized treatment plans to support communication development. Document student progress and assist with therapy materials preparation. Collaborate with educators and healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care. Qualifications and Experience: Valid certification or licensure as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA). Experience working with pediatric populations in educational and healthcare settings. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team. Location: San Jose, California (elementary school setting). This contract position offers the chance to make a meaningful impact on student communication skills within a supportive, school-based environment over a focused, five-week period.
