Key Responsibilities: Conduct psychological evaluations to assess student needs and determine eligibility for special education services Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to design and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) Provide counseling and crisis intervention to support student well-being and academic achievement Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to address behavioral and learning challenges Maintain accurate records and comply with legal and ethical standards related to educational psychology Qualifications: Masters or Specialist degree in School Psychology from an accredited program Valid state licensure or certification as a school psychologist in Minnesota Experience working with children in K-12 educational settings Strong assessment, communication, and collaboration skills Ability to manage multiple caseloads and work independently within a team framework Location: Long Prairie, Minnesota serving a diverse student population across the entire K-12 spectrum.
