We're seeking aPharmacist in Charge (PIC) to lead operations in a Closed-door, Long-term Care Pharmacy in San Antonio. This is a Direct Hire/permanent position offering the chance to step into a leadership role with a respected LTC pharmacy provider.

Hours: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM 6:00 PM
Start Date: ASAP
Duties & Responsibilities: Oversee and direct daily pharmacy operations in a closed-door LTC setting
Manage and mentor pharmacists, technicians, and support staff
Ensure compliance with CMS, DEA, and Texas Board of Pharmacy regulations
Coordinate workflow to maintain timely and accurate medication dispensing
Collaborate with nursing facilities to support resident care
Implement process improvements and leverage technology to optimize efficiency
Maintain a culture of patient-centered care while ensuring operational excellence
Requirements: Texas Pharmacist license in good standing
23 years minimum of recent Long-Term Care (LTC) pharmacy experience
Knowledge of LTC operations, compliance, and workflow
Leadership and communication skills to mentor staff and partner with facilities
