Key Responsibilities: Provide speech therapy services to a caseload of approximately 40 students, with caseload adjustments possible. Deliver individualized support focusing solely on speech, with fewer than ten students in speech-only therapy. Collaborate with one Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) and another SLP to coordinate and optimize therapy services. Manage caseloads primarily within two school buildings, with potential assignment to just one building for two days each week. Utilize teletherapy skills as applicable, in addition to direct school-based therapy work. Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with therapy standards; no medical billing involvement is required. Qualifications: Valid Speech-Language Pathology License with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC). Experience working in school settings, preferably with elementary-aged populations. Proficiency or willingness to use teletherapy platforms. Ability to manage multiple caseloads effectively and work collaboratively within a team.
