Psychological Programming Comprehensive special education eligibility evaluations Response to intervention data analysis and consultation Threat assessment and safety planning protocols Positive behavior intervention and support implementation Academic and behavioral progress monitoring systems Professional development and staff training coordination Professional Activities Perform comprehensive virtual psychological assessments Design individualized intervention plans addressing functional goals Deliver consultation services through interactive platforms Provide direct counseling and crisis intervention support Train school personnel in evidence-based intervention techniques Maintain detailed assessment documentation and reporting Collaborate in multidisciplinary educational planning processes Credentialing Standards Master's degree in School Psychology from accredited program Active Michigan school psychology license with clean standing Minimum 2 years of school-based psychological services experience Demonstrated competency in virtual assessment and service delivery Strong analytical and critical thinking capabilities Understanding of educational law and special education evaluation processes Innovation Excellence
