A full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) position is available for the 2025/2026 school year in a K-12 educational setting located in Harrisburg, PA. This contract role offers an opportunity to provide direct behavioral support in a dynamic school environment, serving both elementary and secondary students.

Key Responsibilities: Provide behavior analytic services and intervention oversight for six classrooms. Collaborate with educators and support staff to develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans. Conduct ongoing data collection and analysis to assess student progress and modify strategies as needed. Serve as a resource for staff training and consultation on behavior management techniques. Ensure compliance with ethical standards and school policies regarding student services. Qualifications: Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification. Experience working with children in educational settings, preferably K-12. Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and classroom implementation. Effective communication skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. Ability to manage multiple caseloads and maintain detailed documentation. Schedule and Location: Monday through Friday, in-person attendance required. Based in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. The school caters to students from kindergarten through twelfth grade, with classrooms limited to no more than eight students.
