We're seeking an experienced Infusion/Chemo Pharmacistfor a Day Shift ata home infusion pharmacy near Baltimore, MD. This role offers a consistent, full-time schedule (No weekends) and the opportunity to provide specialized care for patients requiring complex infusion therapies.

13-week contract to potential hire Key Responsibilities: Compound antibiotics, chemotherapy, and TPNs in a sterile environment
Perform order verification and ensure accuracy in medication preparation
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and home health teams to optimize patient outcomes
Support clinical monitoring and patient education for infusion therapies
Maintain compliance with USP / standards and pharmacy regulations
Requirements: Maryland Pharmacist license in good standing
Pharm.D. degree
Home infusion experience
CPR+ experience
Strong knowledge of sterile compounding and oncology infusion protocols
