A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available for the 2025-2026 school year in a K-12 educational setting located in Dover, DE. This contract role spans from August 21, 2025, through June 12, 2026, working Monday through Friday for 37.5 hours per week.

While professional experience and qualifications are key for this role, make sure to check you have the preferable soft skills before applying if required. Key Responsibilities: Provide speech therapy services to students across various grade levels as assigned. Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations. Develop, write, and update Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). Attend IEP and other relevant team meetings. Collect and analyze progress monitoring data to track student outcomes. Document therapy sessions with detailed notes. Utilize Data Service Center and Power School IEP software for case management and reporting. Qualifications: Valid Speech-Language Pathologist Certification (CCC-SLP) required. Delaware licensure or certification for speech-language pathology mandatory. Experience with K-12 student populations preferred. Ability to manage caseload, write detailed reports, and collaborate with educational teams. Client is currently not considering applicants with Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) certification.
