Key Responsibilities: Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to homebound students with severe communication challenges. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to create and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each students unique needs. Conduct assessments and maintain thorough documentation of student progress. Adapt therapy approaches to accommodate homebound settings and ensure accessibility. Provide training and support to caregivers involved in the students therapy plan. Qualifications: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA). Licensed or certified as an SLP in the school setting. Proven experience working with K-12 populations, preferably with students requiring homebound educational services. Strong communication skills and ability to work independently. Familiarity with special education regulations and compliance standards.
