UHNW couple is looking for a Personal Assistant to join their family office. This is a great opportunity to join a supportive team where you will work alongside an Estate Assistant and report to the Chief of Staff. In this role, you'll focus on personal scheduling and administrative support for the Principals. Someone with exceptional attention to detail, professional presence, and proactive problem-solving skills. Previous experience in UHNW household support or startup environments preferred. This is a hybrid role based in Los Angeles. Requires occasional travel to other residences. 130-145K+ DOE + fully covered benefits (including dependents), discretionary bonus, wellness stipend, and generous PTO.

Responsibilities: Provide support to a busy household and collaborate with an Estate Assistant and Estate Manager to ensure seamless support. Coordinate with the team and vendors to address household needs. Keep all team members informed of household activities and schedule changes. Contribute to shared calendar management and scheduling responsibilities. Organize personal and professional appointments. Maintain clear communication through team messaging systems. Process incoming mail and packages, managing returns and exchanges as needed. Assist with event planning, including seating arrangements, decor selection, and coordination with culinary staff. Facilitate notary appointments and document processing. Coordinate staff recognition, birthdays, and gifting programs. Travel to seasonal residences for preparation, set up, and maintain rental properties according to established preferences. Replicate household standards and stock preferences across multiple properties. Perform various errands, including pickups, drop-offs, and time-sensitive deliveries. Execute special projects as assigned by the Estate Manager or Chief of Staff. Qualifications:

3+ years of previous experience as a Personal or Estate Assistant, ideally supporting high-profile, UHNW individuals. Sharp, clear communicator with the ability to convey information concisely - both written and verbal. Professional demeanor and executive presence. Exceptional team player with strong collaborative skills. Demonstrated ability to multitask and reprioritize as responsibilities shift. High attention to detail and organization. Ability to create and maintain efficient systems. Resourceful problem-solver with the ability to find creative solutions. Confidentiality and discretion are required. Comfortable working with dogs and managing pet-related responsibilities. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation with a clean driving record. Flexibility to travel occasionally and adapt to new/unique tasks as needed.
