Successful entrepreneur is looking for a Family Personal Assistant / Estate Manager to support their dynamic needs. This is a great opportunity to support a wonderful family who is looking for someone long-term! In this role, you will manage a busy family calendar, book personal appointments, coordinate with the nanny and household staff, and ensure seamless day-to-day operations in the household. You will also run daily errands, plan events and social gatherings, and collaborate with the Principal's Executive Assistant on travel arrangements and communication. Someone proactive with meticulous attention to detail who possesses excellent taste with polished communication. Previous experience supporting UHNW families or high-level executives is desired. Must have reliable transportation and flexibility to be on-site after hours. This is an on-site position based on the Peninsula near San Mateo, with occasional travel to other Bay Area properties as needed. 130-160K+ DOE + benefits and discretionary bonus.

Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day household operations, including coordinating with vendors, overseeing service providers, and ensuring proper maintenance of the primary residence on the Peninsula. Manage a comprehensive family calendar including school events, sports, and extracurricular activities to align family and staff. Schedule and coordinate personal appointments, medical visits, and other individual or family engagements. Coordinate with the childcare provider to ensure smooth daily operations and coverage. Work closely with the Principal's Executive Assistant to ensure seamless communication and task execution. Execute dinner parties and social gatherings at the residence. Oversee grocery shopping, meal planning, and household inventory in partnership with household staff. Oversee operations across vacation homes in/near the Bay Area. Occasionally, travel to the residences to prepare for the family and guests' arrival. Assist with occasional travel arrangements in partnership with the Executive Assistant. Arrange travel logistics, including booking flights, accommodations, rental vehicles, and creating detailed itineraries. Oversee the maintenance of household systems and implement new processes where necessary. Occasionally, provide transportation for family members and support family members with errands, appointments, and assistance as needed. Assist with tasks such as bill payments, general upkeep, vehicle maintenance, etc., and other personal errands and projects as needed. Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in a Personal Assistant, House Manager, or similar role supporting UHNWI and families. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with a proactive approach to prioritizing tasks. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Self-starter who proactively identifies ways to improve household operations and takes initiative. High level of taste and polished personal presentation. Tech-savvy. Strong experience with Gmail, Outlook, Google Calendar, and Excel. Exceptional flexibility, including willingness to stay late when needed. Willingness and ability to travel to other residences (less than 200 miles from the Bay Area) on occasion. Must possess a valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
