Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our team with daily office tasks and ensure the smooth operation of the workplace. The ideal candidate will be professional, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform general office duties such as answering phones, responding to emails, filing documents, and managing correspondence. Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Maintain organized filing systems (both physical and digital). Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed. Assist with data entry, maintaining databases, and updating records. Order office supplies and maintain inventory. Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner. Support various departments with administrative tasks as requested.
