We're seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-driven
Administrative Specialist
to join our small team. This is a
seasonal role
that starts
part-time in the fall
and ramps up to
full-time during tax season , with the potential for long-term placement.

Greet clients and ensure a warm, professional first impression Handle multi-line phone calls and assess call priority Print and organize documents from a secure client portal Update internal spreadsheets and prepare client files Support document signing processes and payment collection (credit, cash, check) Organize outgoing mail and maintain filing systems Ensure the reception and conference areas are clean and presentable Assist with light office cleaning tasks as needed What We're Looking For 1+ year of administrative or office support experience High school diploma required
(Associate's or Bachelor's preferred) Proficiency with Microsoft Office
(Word, Excel, Outlook) Experience with Citrix or cloud-based platforms is a
big plus Highly organized, punctual, and detail-oriented Strong communication and multitasking skills Schedule Oct-Jan:
16-24 hours/week (2-3 days/week, 6-8 hour shifts) Feb-Apr:
Full-time (Mon-Fri, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM) What We Offer A supportive, small-team environment with a
