$160,000 - $190,000 (DOE) About the Role

We're seeking a results-driven

Director of Marketing

to lead strategies that connect technical products with customer adoption and sales growth. This role partners closely with Sales, Engineering, and Product Management to develop messaging, enablement tools, and go-to-market plans that deliver measurable results. What You'll Do

Develop clear product positioning and customer-focused messaging. Build digital marketing campaigns to increase awareness and generate leads. Create sales collateral, presentations, and training materials. Build reference design packages with application knowledge and deployment support. Partner on co-marketing initiatives and industry engagement. Lead go-to-market strategies for technical products and solutions. Track key metrics (design wins, conversion rates, revenue growth) and report ROI. What We're Looking For Minimum 10 years of experience

in technical marketing or sales roles. Background in

semiconductor, embedded systems, or related technical industries

strongly preferred. Ability to translate complex technical concepts into customer-focused messaging. Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Experience with market analysis, competitive positioning, and sales enablement. Creative problem solver with innovative campaign experience. Work Environment

Hybrid role based in

Chandler, AZ

with

3 days per week in-office

and occasional travel.
