Assisting our client seeking a Senior Executive who leads and is responsible for all aspects of the manufacturing business.
Develop and implement manufacturing strategies aligned with the company's overall goals. Oversee daily operations, production efficiency, and quality control. Manage and motivate teams of plant managers, supervisors, and finance to improve company success together. Develop and manage the manufacturing budget, including capital expenditures and operational costs. Keep senior management, board members, and other stakeholders informed about manufacturing performance. Identify and implement new technologies and processes to enhance manufacturing capabilities. Ensure adherence to safety regulations, environmental standards, and other relevant laws. Essential Skills and Qualifications:
Extensive Manufacturing Experience: Significant experience in manufacturing operations, ideally with a focus on process engineering and project management. Strategic Leadership: Ability to develop and execute strategic plans and drive organizational change. Financial Acumen: Understanding of budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with various stakeholders. Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve complex operational issues. People Management: Experience leading and developing teams, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with manufacturing technologies, equipment, and processes. Compliance Knowledge: Understanding of relevant safety, environmental, and other USDA regulations. #IND
