$19-$20 per hour Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive
Administrative Assistant
to support department leadership and ensure smooth day-to-day operations in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, computer proficiency, and the ability to work autonomously with attention to detail. Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to department leadership, including managing calendars and phone lines. Organize and coordinate meetings, events, and appointments; schedule rooms and resources accordingly. Maintain accurate records, track correspondence, and handle filing and organization tasks. Manage ordering and tracking of office supplies and materials. Create and prepare documents such as PowerPoint presentations, Excel spreadsheets, newsletters, reports, meeting minutes, and agendas. Execute internal processes efficiently to support departmental operations. Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries and requests, maintaining a strong customer service approach. Support the Total Rewards/HR team with administrative tasks as needed. Collaborate effectively with team members to provide assistance and ensure departmental goals are met. Qualifications: High school diploma required; college degree preferred. Prior administrative experience highly desired. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and SharePoint is highly desired. Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills. Ability to work independently and maintain a positive, professional demeanor.
