We are a nationwide mortgage lender specializing in FHA, VA, USDA Loans. Our Headquarters are in Henderson NV. We are a lender/servicer, who works with loan originators, brokers, and correspondents to offer our customers great rates and good terms.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and Issue Initial Disclosure Packages:
Generate and send required initial disclosures (e.g., Loan Estimate, Intent to Proceed) to borrowers in compliance with RESPA, TILA, and TRID regulations.
Review Loan Applications for Accuracy:
Validate borrower information, loan terms, and supporting documentation to ensure disclosures reflect accurate and complete data.
Ensure Regulatory Compliance and Timely Delivery:
Monitor deadlines and regulatory requirements to ensure all disclosures are issued within the mandated timeframes (typically within 3 business days of application).
Coordinate with Loan Officers and Processors:
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies, obtain missing information, and ensure smooth progression of the loan process.
Maintain Documentation and Audit Trails:
Accurately log and archive all disclosure-related communications and documents for regulatory audits and internal reviews.
Basic Qualifications:
Proven experience with problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Windows and Encompass (Encompass preferred)

Specific Qualifications:
Knowledge of Mortgage Regulations:
Strong understanding of federal and state lending regulations, including
TRID ,
RESPA ,
TILA , and other compliance requirements related to initial disclosures.
Experience with Loan Origination Systems (LOS):
Proficiency in mortgage software platforms such as
Encompass
or other LOS used to generate and manage disclosures.
Attention to Detail and Accuracy:
High level of accuracy in reviewing borrower data, loan terms, and documentation to ensure timely and compliant disclosure packages.
Strong Communication and Collaboration Skills:
Ability to communicate effectively with loan officers, processors, and compliance staff to resolve issues and clarify requirements.
Time Management and Organizational Skills:
Capable of handling multiple loan files under tight deadlines while maintaining compliance with disclosure timelines and audit standards.
