As a Century Account Manager, you will play a key role in managing client relationships and ensuring the delivery of high-quality managed services-including network installations, consulting, hardware/software solutions, hosting, and cybersecurity. Job Summary:
The Century Account Manager is responsible for all sales activities, nurturing, business reviews, and account development in an assigned territory. The Account Manager develops and implements agreed upon Marketing Plan which will meet both personal and business goals of expanding customer base in the marketing area. Works within the sales and support teams for the achievement of customer satisfaction, revenue generation, and long-term account goals in line with company vision and values.
What You'll Do:
As an Account Manager at Century, you'll be the trusted advisor and strategic partner for our clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service and value from our IT solutions. You'll manage client relationships, oversee service delivery, and identify opportunities to enhance their technology environment. Your role will be pivotal in driving client satisfaction, retention, and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with channel partners. Serve as the main point of contact for partner-related business. Identify opportunities for upselling or cross selling MSP services (e.g., cybersecurity, cloud solutions, backup) Develop strategic plans to help clients optimize their IT infrastructure. Work closely with the internal sales team to align strategies and support renewals and expansions. Provide clients with monthly or quarterly reports on service usage, performance, and incidents Maintain accurate documentation of client environment, contracts and communications Monitor service performance and ensure SLA's are consistently Qualifications/Skills:
5+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or account management. Proven track record of managing and growing partner relationships. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously. Analytical skills to interpret data and make strategic decisions. Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and partner management platforms. Benefits:
