The volunteer personal assistant plays a crucial role in supporting the efficient functioning of our organization. Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and events.
Manage calendars, travel arrangements, and logistics.
Prepare documents, reports, and presentations.
Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
Data Entry and Organization: Maintain accurate records and databases. Organize files, documents, and office supplies. Help with data entry and data management.
Event Coordination: Assist in planning and organizing events, workshops, or fundraisers. Coordinate logistics, invitations, and participant communication.
Communication: Draft and proofread emails, newsletters, and announcements. Assist with social media updates or website content.
Support for Program Managers: Collaborate with program managers on specific projects. Attend meetings and take notes. Assist in program-related tasks as needed.
Confidentiality and Professionalism: Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive information. Represent the organization professionally in all interactions.
Qualifications: Excellent organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong communication skills (both written and verbal). Attention to detail and ability to multitask. Reliable and punctual. Time Commitment:
